You might have tried workouts and diets that have failed you in the past. I know I have over the years.
I have looked at many different options to get myself skinner and looking right. The problem is that most of them just never worked.

Like most of you I was sick of running on the treadmill for hours a week and losing a pound here and there. The worst part was that the minute I got off my diet I would gain the weight right back. Rob Poulos gave me an option to lose weight without living in the gym and staying on a complicated diet.

I was first glad to see a break in routine as it is called by Rob Poulos to start me on my weight loss goals. I knew from the start that I wouldn’t be able to start a program that was meant for the advanced. As you progress throughout the Fat Burning Furnace system you will be able to match workouts to where you are at in your progress.
I was surprisingly happy that Ron Poulos has programmed his workouts to be short 20-25 minute workouts that are void of cardiovascular. The program is based on weight training that is done 3 times a week. The workouts are targeted to maximize the impact on the muscles so you are getting the most out of your time. Each workout is only done once instead of multiple sets over and over to get the same work done.
In the guide you get complete detail on how to perform each exercise to achieve maximum results. I later went for the videos called the BlowTorch system which included 2 hours of videos that give you even greater detail.
When you get into the nutrition systems of the guide you will be amazed on the data that is presented. Rob Poulos goes on to show why the latest diet fads never stick around. He shows a simple and smart plan that will give your body what you need instead of the junk many diets provide.
The nutrition system goes on to show you a proper meal plan. You also will get the recipes that Ron Poulos uses in his diets. There also is a planner to keep you on track with your process.
