I’m sure you are tired of reading about miracle systems that will make you lose weight quickly and easy. The facts are it is difficult to find a program that is built to work and last and not just get quick gains so that companies can make a quick buck.

Lean Hybrid Muscle Building has been put together by Elliot Hulse bringing a new program out that has a unique twist on traditional methods. The program has been developed to encompass many different types of training into one action packed workout.  Elliot Hulse has taken the optimal parts from cardiovascular training, functional training, power lifting and body building. The primary purpose of the book is to learn how to build Type III muscle mass. Type III muscle mass is a cross between Type I and Type II muscle fibers. This gives you the best of both worlds since they are fast and slow twitch muscle fibers respectively. The purpose of building this type of muscle mass is that the muscle fiber works to burn fat to build muscle mass. This gives you a two for one when doing your workout. You also will get a boost in Mitochondria which are what power your cells. All of this is explained in the book in terms that you will be able to understand much clearer than I can represent.

To build Type III muscle Elliot Hulse produced a new program that is his resistance hybrid cardio.

I was first intrigued about the program is that each workout is only 30-40 minutes each time. You also are told to work out only three times weekly. This is because of the action packed mentality of the workouts.

Just think almost every workout program you have ever done or seen has some cardio and weight training together. This is the way your body gets everything it needs. The Lean Hybrid Muscle Building system with its hybrid cardio system brings this all together. So instead of just getting part of what your body needs per activity you will be getting the complete package.

After going through the course I was astonished on how well the package was put together. I also was impressed on the various resources he went through to put the program together. This was not just a one person vision on working out. This is a compilation with many people in the industry coming together bringing out an optimal situation.
